The OZEV directory found at https://www.joosup.com/ev-charger-installers/ is wholly owned by Joosup Ltd (Company registration number 13835139) with a registered office address at 424 Margate Road, Westwood, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 6SJ, (“us” “we” or “Joosup”) and the following sets out the terms of use of the aforementioned service.
By accessing, using or requesting inclusion within the OZEV Directory, you hereby automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Terms for Businesses.
1.1 All businesses listed in the directory must be a fully certified OZEV (OLEV) approved UK-based operation with a United Kingdom correspondence, and serve customers within the United Kingdom, which may include England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
1.2 All pre-existing businesses listed in the directory have been imported directory from data freely available from the Office for Zero Emissions Vehicles website. Joosup Ltd bares no responsibility for the accuracy or legitimacy of any businesses included in our directory.
1.3 Any business wishing to remove or update their details to improve accuracy, must contact Joosup Ltd to request amendments to their listing.
1.4 Any business wishing to upgrade to a free "enhanced" listing must adhere to our strict rules by including a Joosup approved and supplied banner, button or graphic on their website which includes a "do follow" backlink pointing to https://www.joosup.com. Failure to do so will result in refusal to upgrade.
1.5 Any business using Joosup approved and supplied banners, buttons or graphics on their website agree to use the assets as provided without any form of alteration, distortion or adaption of the original file.
1.5 Any business found to be in breach of our terms including but not limited to, deliberate removal of the backlink from their website, will have their profile immediately downgraded to a basic profile.
1.6 Any business profiled in our directory, whether as a basic or enhanced listing, agrees that inclusion does not guarantee an increase in sales leads or business enquiries whatsoever.
1.7 Any business with an approved enhanced listing agrees, where reasonably possible, to actively promote and share information relating to the Joosup app and its associated benefits to prospective and existing customers. This can include the distribution of print-at-home and/or supplied marketing material to customers and sales prospects.
1.8 Any business with an approved enhanced listing fully understands the benefits of promoting the Joosup app to their existing customers and sales prospects, and fully acknowledges the efforts Joosup Ltd is making to help increase sales prospects to approved businesses.
1.9 By joining our OZEV programme, you hereby acknowledge and opt-in to receiving promotional and marketing material either via email or post.
2. Terms for Users.
2.1 When using the directory, you acknowledge and agree all businesses included in the directory are not vetted or checked by Joosup Ltd for suitable qualification or certification to carry out electrical works including, but not limited to, electric vehicle charger installation
2.2 Joosup bares no responsibility for the accuracy or legitimacy for any businesses listed in our directory.
2.3 By submitting your contact details via our lead forms, you agree to your enquiry details being shared with other OZEV partners to provide a quotation of work. A quotation of work may be conducted either via telephone, email or in person.
2.4 By submitting your contact details via our lead forms, you hereby acknowledge and agree to receiving promotional and marketing material either via email or post.
